This freeware add-on package extends the Windows Installer Package Authoring Tool InstallAware.

The package contains these plug-ins:

• Upgrade Code – detects a product based on the upgrade code and returns the product code.
• Volume Info – retrieves information about a logical drive
• Windows Firewall – configures the Windows Firewall
• New in 3.0: Windows Advanced Firewall – configures Windows Firewall with Advanced Security
• New in 3.5: Disk Technology – detect if you run on SSD or HD
• New in 3.5: Service Config 2 – configure start type and recovery action for a Windows Service
